Mumbai Women’s International Film (MWIFF) Festival curated by Oculus Creations is set to launch itself in the month of October. The festival will be held from 9th – 13th October 2013 and is supported by Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation-under Govt. of Maharashtra.
